At Midwest Food Bank, we've chosen to meet that need - even if it means changing how we've done things in the past. To that end, this year's Kind Harvest event will be a little different.

Join us for the 3rd annual Kind Harvest - Virtual Meal. The event can be live-streamed right here on the event site, or via Facebook Live.
Pre-register for the event to receive updates, reminders, recipes, and a link to a virtual cooking class with Forrest Lucas’ personal chef, Chef Todd!
The cooking class gives step-by-step instructions on how to bring the recipes to life and create a version of the meal we would have shared on Monument Circle this fall at Kind Harvest. We encourage you to create this meal at home with your family and tune in at 7 PM for the live-streamed event!

Online Instructions and Rules
The online Silent Auction will run from Saturday, June 27th at 8 AM to Friday, July 3rd at 9 PM.
The Live Auction will be during the live event on Tuesday, June 30th.
You must be registered through the Qtego system in order to bid- there is no cost to register, but you must register a credit card or payment method to bid.
Once the event ends, Qtego launches Fast Checkout for guests with a credit card on file. Qtego will run the card on file, and text receipts to all winning bidders. If your total exceeds $2,500, your card on file will NOT be charged, and Midwest Food Bank staff will follow up the week of the event to coordinate payment.
ITEM PICK UP
- We will email or mail certificates and gift cards within a week of the event. BE SURE that the address and email you use when registering for the event is accurate.
- Due to the current social distancing requirements, for items that cannot be mailed, it may not be possible for us to provide your items immediately. We will announce 2 date and time options for pick-up at Midwest Food Bank closer to the event. If neither date works for you, we can schedule to meet you at a time convenient for you and our staff.
- As we are in uncertain times, we will message auction winners with pickup instructions after the online auction has closed. We anticipate having specific windows where someone will be on-site at Midwest Food Bank to facilitate pickup.
Midwest Food Bank is a tax-exempt organization pursuant to Section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. If the payment exceeds the market value of the items purchased, a charitable donation equal to the amount of the purchase price above market value may be claimed for tax purposes.
